Tricky and Cass arrived at the Thanksgiving party at 6:05 pm. Black arrived 20 minutes later. Billy arrives seven minutes behind Black. GNB arrived four minutes before Billy. Neo thinks about bringing banana pudding. Honey B drives by the house looking for the address at 6:45 pm. Powder calls Tricky and asks for directions at 7:15. Honey B finally finds the house and gets there at 7:07. Powder arrives 36 minutes later. If Neo got there an hour before Powder and fifteen minutes after 2Cute and Lou arrives an hour after Neo, what time does Picasso arrive if he gets there five minutes before Powder?
