Honey B finally finds the house and gets there at 7:07. Powder arrives 36 minutes later. If Neo got there an hour before Powder and fifteen minutes after 2Cute and Lou arrives an hour after Neo, what time does Picasso arrive if he gets there five minutes before Powder?
